Question: What are the building hours?
Answer: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Saturdays 7:00am to 1:00pm. Sundays, Miami Center is closed.

Question: How can I request overtime air conditioning?
Answer: Every customer in Miami Center has been issued a memo with a list of AC codes corresponding to the floor they are located in. Floors 2 through 16 please dial 305.539.2451. Floors 17 through 34 please dial 305.539.2471.

Wait for message to ask you for your access code. Enter your access code and the # (pound) sign.

When prompted, enter your end time in 24hr. format. Press the # sign.

The building manager will verify your start and stop time.

When asked to enter your access code, press * in order to hang up the phone and disconnect from the building manager automated system.

Please note if you enter an incorrect entry, press * to clear the incorrect entry and input the correct one.

Question: I lost my elevator access card what do I do?
Answer: Please contact management office at 305.536.8448.

Question: I lost my parking garage access card what do I do?
Answer: Please contact Standard Parking at 305.358.8264.

Question: Who do I call for building maintenance issues (lights, air conditioning, janitorial)?
Answer: Please call the Engineering hot line at 305.536.8474.

Question: What should I do if I have a medical emergency?
Answer: Immediately dial 911 and report the emergency. Please make sure to inform them the reason of your call & your exact location within the building. Please inform the management office so we can ensure that emergency personnel have ease of access to the emergency area within the property.

Question: What is the procedure for moving furniture or equipment in and out of the building?
Answer: During business hours, the service elevator may not be used by any company or vendor exclusively. Call the appropriate building Customer Center for moving procedures and requirements prior to scheduling any delivery to Miami Center.
