Miami Center

Miami Center is the second largest Class-A building in the state of Florida, visibly located in the midst of Miami's thriving financial district; offering a bayside location in Downtown Miami with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, the city skyline, Port of Miami and nearby Key Biscayne. The prime location and beautiful atmosphere attracts and houses some of the most prestigious national and international banks, law firms and businesses. Designed and built in 1983 by internationally acclaimed architect Pietro Belluschi, the 35-story, 851, 900 square foot office tower contains 782,210 rentable square feet of office and retail spaces.

The virtually column free floor plates allow for flexible and efficient space planning. Miami Center boasts an architecturally striking exterior of Italian Travertine marble. The elegance of the warm, intimate interiors echoes this design. In 2002, recognizing the need for maintaining a competitive edge while addressing the multifaceted clientele of the building, the dated lobby was refurbished to reflect a more contemporary design.
